Pretty Powerful Bobbi Brown

Gosh, there are lots of things in the mix for this year’s Pretty Powerful offering from Bobbi Brown. I think it’s their best one yet because not only is the bag a design from Never Fully Dressed (I have one of their tops and 

love 

it – strongly tempted again with this one 

) but the PP Pot Rouge has a design from the artist with the best name ever – Jade Purple Brown.

As a quick reminder, 100% of RRP (less VAT) is donated to UK Charity Smart Works which helps women back into employment. The success stories of this charity are incredible and you can read about them 

. It’s so much more than providing smart clothes for interviews.

The contents are great – and have a value of £80.50. Inside the reversible make up bag you’ll find a Limited Edition Pretty Powerful Pot Rouge in Powder Pink, a full size Smokey Eye Mascara, a Mini Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in Golden Bronze and a Mini Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The bag, by the way, is great quality.

The Pot Rouge is in Powder Pink which is not really as I’d describe it – to me, it’s more of a neutral shade and I’d happily wear it on my cheeks. I was hesitant about it for lips but actually, as a neutral look, it’s got enough punch that it works.

That golden bronze eye crayon will look amazing on everyone and I think the choice of extra products – the mascara and the mini Enriched Face Base – is perfect to appeal to as many potential customers as possible. As I said, I think this is their best yet and it’s for £55.
