Well, this is nice! An unexpected return for Steam Cream. I’ve still got a tin of Steam Cream from when it was first here (with a poodle on it!) and I used to love the new drops whenever there were design updates. If I can jog your memory for a moment, Steam Cream uses a steam emulsification process that makes the ensuing cream lighter than air and loose in consistency. In turn, that makes it very light and easy to apply to the skin without reducing the hydration – it absorbs fast and leaves no residue.
Not only is are there new products (cleansing balm and toner), but I see that they’re using different ingredients across the collection. I seem to remember last time it was always the same formula, just different tins. Japanese Citrus uses sugar squalane and Citrus Sudachi Peel extract (which gives it a little bit of a citrus scent).
